On this first meeting we work on preparation, introduction, understanding client objectives, exploration of challenges and critical points, clarification of scope and deliverables, presentation of our expertise and establishment of next steps.
The second step of a project after meeting a new client involves transitioning from the initial discussions to the actual planning and preparation for project execution. On this step we are officially on! Here we start working on the internal debriefing, analysis and evaluation, scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment and mitigation, project planning and more.
